I was interested in wealthy businesses when I was in Waseda Business School, so I researched into
private clubs based in Japan and found there were some clubs that made use of the information asymmetry
to sell shortsighted financial products and unfavorable real estate to customers.
In some overseas real estate seminars I took part in, I also met some participants who complained that they couldn’t find a buyer for the
properties that were initially recommended by these agents.
Moreover, for the diversification of my own assets, I investigated overseas real estate via the web, however, it turned out that even some of
the top ranked agents were not taking the customers’ interests into consideration.
Therefore, in order to fill in this information gap, I considered opening up my own company and I teamed up with some people who shared the
same vision. We started up our business at the Waseda University Incubation Center and now our office is located in Akasaka.
