I have been interested in the business of the wealthy since I was a student at Waseda University Graduate School, and I was researching a private membership club operating mainly in Japan, where they took advantage of information asymmetry to sell financial products and real estate to their customers, which I could not recommend from my own financial background.

In addition, when I attended overseas real estate investment seminars, I sometimes met clients at those venues who lamented that they had bought the property on recommendation but had been unable to find a tenant or resale buyer for years.
Also. When I was looking for an investment property in Japan, I told the real estate company about my line of sight, and they told me that our company would buy it if it was at that level. I was sometimes surprised to learn that the industry does not consider the conflict of interest between customer brokerage and its own transactions at all.

You can search for overseas real estate in Japanese on search engines and portals for your own asset diversification, but there were also many companies that did not consider the interests of their customers in the top positions there.
As you can see, the idea of starting a business came from a personal desire. However, as we found out, those who had the same desire naturally gathered together. We started our business at the Waseda University Incubation Center and now have an office in Akasaka.

We are dedicated to helping our clients minimize language, business and legal difficulties, especially when crossing borders.

Initially, we focused on overseas real estate investment projects, but we have since expanded our business step by step by acquiring domestic real estate brokerage, investment advisory, and Type 2 Financial Instruments Business licenses.
